Each project presents a different set of opportunities and constraints that determine our approach to ESD. JSA seeks to implement sustainable design principles through passive design, careful material selection and innovative construction techniques.
Often, significant improvements can be achieved by applying passive design principles — creating buildings that work with their environment rather than against it.
